A Little History I have been in the San Diego limousine business for nearly 30 years. In a nutshell, here’s how my dream - became a reality. Originally, what eventually became Paul the Greek Limousine Service, started out as Paul the Greek Taxi. While perusing the streets of San Diego in my little, yellow cab, I engaged in many-a-conversation with my customers. I delighted in all their different stories and varying personalities. I just never knew who or what to expect next! I enjoyed the taxi business for several years and finally decided to take it to the next level; transporting my clients to the most important events of their lives - in comfort, in style, in a prestigious limousine. Eventually, I was able to build a business of one limo, to a fleet of thirteen luxurious limousines. My drivers and I have safely driven thousands of people throughout the years, including sports celebrities like; Sammy Sosa (Chicago Cubs), Franco Harris (Pittsburg Steelers), and our very own Junior Seau (San Diego Chargers). Other famous personalities include Tony Curtis, Ed Asner, Bill Cosby, George Carlin, the Smothers Brothers, Mick Jagger and the Stones, the Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lupita Jones (Ms. Universe), Mickey Mouse, The Blue Angels, Russian Generals and many, many more. I have driven aliens (Leonard Nimoy), phantoms (Michael Crawford), witches (Elizabeth Montgomery) and believe it or not, Moses himself (Charlton Heston). The stories I could tell are plenty, but my drivers and I subscribe and adhere to the cardinal rule: What happens in the limo – stays in the limo! The most gratifying of all my limousine experiences to date, has been the joy I have witnessed on the faces of nearly a thousand Make-A-Wish-Foundation children, as they are whisked away in one of my stretch limos to their dream destination.
